After 20 years research, fire testing and leading-edge fire consultancy at the Fire Research Station, part of the UK’s Building Research Establishment, and then twenty years working as an independent Fire Safety Consultant, I continue give advice to building developers, architects, engineers, insurers, building control officers, fire authorities, manufacturers, and building material producers on the following:
